Group and Breed Specialty Information

• Form must be returned no later than June 15, 2026!

• Days of Group/Breed Specialty Shows:  Friday, January 8, 2027

• We now offer concurrent or independent specialties.

• YOUR CLUB MUST APPLY FOR APPROVAL OF YOUR EVENT AT LEAST 18 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW DATE.   YOUR CLUB WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HOLD A BREED SPECIALTY OR GROUP SHOW WITHOUT PROPER AKC and Kennel Club of Palm Springs approval.

• Proof of and Certificates of Insurance are required of all Group, and Breed Clubs holding independent or Concurrent Specialties. No insurance certificate is required for Designated Specialties with a Group Club or host club KCPS.
